This zucchini tastes be ter than meat


 Full Recipe:

Ingredients 🥕🥒🧅🍳:

- 50 grams (½ cup) of shredded carrot

- 1 zucchini (150 grams or 1 cup), shredded

- ½ small onion (50 grams or ½ cup), sliced into thin strips

- 1 egg

- 100 ml (⅓ cup) of milk

- 50 grams (⅓ cup) of all-purpose flour

- ¼ teaspoon of salt (or to taste)

- ¼ teaspoon of black pepper (or to taste)


Directions:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded carrot, zucchini, and sliced onion.

2. Add in the egg, milk, all-purpose flour, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.

3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or oil.

4. Spoon the zucchini mixture onto the pan to form small patties. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

5. Remove from the pan and place on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.

6. Serve the zucchini patties hot and enjoy the delicious and meaty flavor!
