✅ Ingredients:
✨ For the Ube Jelly:
1 packet unflavored gelatin (or ube-flavored if available)
2 cups water
½ cup sugar
1 tsp ube extract (or vanilla extract as a substitute)
Purple food coloring (optional)
✨ For the Milk Base/Dessert:
2 cups evaporated milk
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 cup coconut cream
1 cup water
½ cup cooked tapioca pearls (sago)
½ cup nata de coco (optional)
Ice to taste
✅ Preparation:
✨ Prepare the Ube Jelly:
In a saucepan, heat 2 cups of water and dissolve the sugar.
Add the gelatin and stir well until fully dissolved—no lumps.
Stir in the ube extract and a few drops of purple food coloring (if using).
Pour the mixture into a mold and let it cool until set.
Once firm, cut the jelly into small cubes.
✨ Prepare the Milk Base:
In a large bowl, mix the evaporated milk, condensed milk, coconut cream, and water.
Stir well until smooth and combined.
✨ Assemble the Dessert Drink:
In a large glass, add ice to your liking.
Add cubed ube jelly, tapioca pearls, and nata de coco.
Pour the milk mixture over everything until the glass is full.
