✅ Ingredients:
✨ For the Ube Jelly:
1 packet unflavored gelatin (or ube-flavored if available)

2 cups water

½ cup sugar

1 tsp ube extract (or vanilla extract as a substitute)

Purple food coloring (optional)

✨ For the Milk Base/Dessert:
2 cups evaporated milk

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 cup coconut cream

1 cup water

½ cup cooked tapioca pearls (sago)

½ cup nata de coco (optional)

Ice to taste

✅ Preparation:
✨ Prepare the Ube Jelly:
In a saucepan, heat 2 cups of water and dissolve the sugar.

Add the gelatin and stir well until fully dissolved—no lumps.

Stir in the ube extract and a few drops of purple food coloring (if using).

Pour the mixture into a mold and let it cool until set.

Once firm, cut the jelly into small cubes.

✨ Prepare the Milk Base:
In a large bowl, mix the evaporated milk, condensed milk, coconut cream, and water.

Stir well until smooth and combined.

✨ Assemble the Dessert Drink:
In a large glass, add ice to your liking.

Add cubed ube jelly, tapioca pearls, and nata de coco.

Pour the milk mixture over everything until the glass is full.

✨ Serve & Enjoy!
Stir gently before drinking to mix the flavors.

Best served cold and fresh!
