Peach and Almond Smoothie


 

✅ Ingredients:

  • 2 fresh peaches (or 1 cup of canned peaches, drained)

  • 1 cup of almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

  • ¼ cup of raw almonds or 2 tablespoons of almond butter

  • 1 teaspoon of honey or sweetener to taste (optional)

  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)

  • Ice cubes to taste

✅ Instructions:

1️⃣ Prepare the peaches

  • Peel and chop the peaches if using fresh ones.

  • For a colder and thicker texture, freeze the peaches before blending.

2️⃣ Blend

  • In a blender, combine the peaches, almond milk, raw almonds or almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, and a few ice cubes.

  • Blend until smooth and creamy.

3️⃣ Serve and enjoy

  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
